Operating since 2014, Sakura Spa (formerly known as Ossoto Spa) is an oasis of regeneration and beauty in the bustling city of Kuala Lumpur. Sakura Spa operates with a variety of relaxation facilities like spa bath areas, an independent beauty treatment room, a gym, as well as a buffet line and more 24 hours a day.

 

Reflections of self and daily doings can be made within the serene establishment, where skilled masseurs, Chinese medicine practitioners, and beauty therapists provide massages, aromatherapy, medicinal therapy, and leisure treatments to ease the stress of heavily burdened souls.

Additionally, our chargeable & membership facilities include a cafe for dining options, sleeping capsules, and private rooms for private events decked out with a dining area, Karaoke and massage chairs – all designed to make your experience at Sakura Spa as enjoyable as possible.

GENERAL INFORMATION

If you prefer a quieter spa experience, we recommend that you visit us on a weekday. The closer we get to the weekend, the number of guests increases and larger group bookings occur.

A spa visit lasts 24 hours. Please be changed and ready to leave the spa once your time is up.

Our restaurant serve buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However do take note of the meals hours.

Our entry prices differ depending on whether you book during a weekday or weekend. Do check with our reception or contact us at 03 9212 3333.

Your spa entrance gives you access to the our spa, jacuzzi, the steam and dry saunas, and use of a bathrobe, towel, slippers and toiletries. We offer complimentary buffet meals.

1.What are the customers check-in and check out time? Check-in after 12pm and check-out before 12pm. 2.Do we have beds to sleep on? Currently, there are sleeping areas with sofa chairs. 3.How many meals does entry pass covers? Entry pass covers 3 meals only. 4.Can I purchase current month promotion and use it for another month? Current month promo is only available for that respective month. 5.What services are not included in the entry pass? Massages, hair salon services, manicures and pedicures, and other therapy services are not included in the entry pass. 6.Do children enter for free? Children below 6 years old enter free of charge (FOC) and children between 6 - 11 years old must buy an entry ticket. 7.Is your food supplier halal certified? Our food supplier is Halal Certified. 8.Is RM108 promo still available? RM108 promotion has ended in September. 9.Are Men and Ladies spas separated? Men and Ladies Spa are separated. 10.Do we need to bring our own swimsuit for the spa? We will provide the necessary clothing for spa and sauna. 11.Do you have swimming pool? We do not have swimming pool in our facilities. 12.What does the ++ signs mean for RM168++ and RM188++ The ++ signs mean the price comes with 6% SST and 10% Service Charge. 13.What’s the price for weekends & public holidays? The price for weekend & public holidays is RM188++, while weekday price is RM168++. 14.Can I check in before 12pm? Our check-in time is after 12pm. 15.Can I check-in after 12pm? Yes, you can. 16.Can I check-out after 12pm? Our check-out time is before 12pm. 17.Can I check-out before 12pm? Yes, you can. 18.What do we need to bring into Sakura Spa - like extra clothing, towels, toiletries? You don't have to bring anything. We will provide all the necessary clothing, towels, toiletries etc. 19.Can we order food from outside? We practice no outside food policies, however for birthday cakes we provide exemptions. 20.Beside staircase, how can senior citizen and OKU go to the different levels? Do inform us upfront, so we can assist them through the lift. 21. What do our entry pass includes? Each entry pass comes with the use of our facilities like spa, sauna, snooker, PS5 Room, Lockers, karaoke, kids playroom, internet café, gym, dart, fish spa, buffet (breakfast, lunch & dinner), cinema & board games.
